These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Custom 2 Wear LLC website, your submission of artwork or other content, and your purchase of custom embroidered, printed, personalized, or other products and services from Custom 2 Wear LLC (“Custom 2 Wear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, submitting a quote request, uploading artwork, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced within them.

1. Eligibility and Authority to Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, to place an order through this website.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, school, organization, team, employer, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on that entity’s behalf and to approve the order, artwork, and associated charges.

2. Website Accounts

You may be able to create a customer account to view orders or use other website features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products, Availability and Garment Information

Product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, specifications, and availability are provided to help you select suitable apparel. We make reasonable efforts to present this information accurately, but garment manufacturers may change specifications, colors, fabrics, sizing, or availability without notice.

Colors displayed on a monitor, phone, or other device may differ from the physical garment because of screen settings, photography, lighting, dye lots, and normal manufacturing variation.

Product availability is subject to change. If an ordered garment, color, or size becomes unavailable before production, we may contact you regarding an appropriate substitute, revised timeline, or other resolution.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change unless an order has already been accepted at the applicable price.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, artwork charges, decoration upgrades, and other charges are calculated or displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not necessarily include taxes.

Payment is generally required before production begins unless different payment terms have been expressly approved by Custom 2 Wear in connection with a custom quote or other written arrangement.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Custom 2 Wear does not directly store complete payment-card information submitted through those providers.

5. Online Pricing and Volume Discounts

Where available, quantity discounts are displayed on participating product pages and applied automatically according to the applicable pricing tier.

Our standard online garment volume pricing currently uses the following quantity ranges:

• 12–23 pieces: 5%
• 24–47 pieces: 10%
• 48–71 pieces: 15%
• 72–95 pieces: 18%
• 96+ pieces: 20%

Garment volume pricing is calculated by qualifying garment style. Different sizes of the same qualifying garment style may contribute toward that style’s quantity, while quantities of unrelated garment styles are calculated independently.

Custom quotes may use different pricing when required by the garment, decoration method, quantity, personalization, specialty production, supplier pricing, or other project requirements.

6. Artwork Setup

A $35 Standard Artwork Setup fee applies to qualifying custom orders containing fewer than 12 total items.

Standard Artwork Setup is automatically waived when the qualifying order reaches 12 or more total items.

The artwork-setup threshold is based on qualifying total order quantity and is separate from garment-style volume pricing.

Complex, oversized, unusually detailed, high-stitch-count, extensively revised, or otherwise production-intensive artwork may require additional preparation or production charges. We will contact you for approval before applying an additional charge not already shown during ordering.

7. Customer-Submitted Artwork and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Rights to Submitted Content

By submitting a logo, photograph, illustration, trademark, text, design, or other content (“Customer Artwork”), you represent that you own the content or have all permissions, licenses, and rights necessary for Custom 2 Wear to reproduce it for your order.

You are responsible for determining whether you have the legal right to use submitted Customer Artwork.

7.2 Permission to Produce Your Order

By submitting Customer Artwork, you authorize Custom 2 Wear and any production providers reasonably necessary to fulfill your order to reproduce, prepare, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and apply the artwork to the products you have requested.

7.3 Infringing or Inappropriate Artwork

Custom 2 Wear may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order if we reasonably believe submitted content may violate intellectual-property rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

Our acceptance of artwork for production does not constitute a determination that you own or have permission to use the artwork.

7.4 Claims Related to Customer Artwork

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims arising from Customer Artwork that you submitted without the rights or permissions required to reproduce it.

8. Decoration Methods and Locations

Available embroidery, printing, decoration methods, and placement options depend on the garment’s fabric, construction, seams, pockets, zippers, reflective material, and usable decoration area.

The product page identifies the normal self-service decoration options available for that garment.

Where offered, additional embroidery and print locations may carry per-item charges shown during product configuration.

Some specialty garments or decoration requests may require a custom quote rather than standard online ordering.

9. Artwork Proofs and Approval

When Custom 2 Wear provides an electronic artwork or placement proof, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval.

Please verify:

• Artwork
• Spelling and wording
• Orientation
• General placement
• Layout

Once you approve a proof for production, you are responsible for customer-approved spelling, wording, artwork, orientation, and placement decisions visible in that proof.

Electronic proofs are visual representations. Thread texture, print appearance, garment texture, physical decoration size, and colors may appear somewhat different on the finished product than they appear on a computer or phone screen.

10. Production Adjustments

Minor technical adjustments may be necessary to produce the artwork successfully on the selected garment.

These may include resizing artwork to fit an embroidery field, adjusting extremely thin lines, simplifying details that are too small for clean embroidery, or positioning artwork around seams, pockets, reflective material, or other garment construction.

If a necessary adjustment would materially change the expected appearance of an approved design, we will contact you before proceeding when reasonably practicable.

11. Orders and Acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that every aspect of the order has been reviewed or accepted for production.

Orders remain subject to product availability, payment authorization, artwork suitability, pricing accuracy, and our ability to complete the requested production.

If we cannot reasonably fulfill an order as submitted, we may contact you to discuss an alternative, revised timeline, correction, or cancellation.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel a custom order.

Because we may purchase garments, prepare artwork, schedule production, or begin decoration shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If garment procurement, artwork preparation, personalization, or production has already begun, costs already incurred may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Do not assume an order has been changed or cancelled until Custom 2 Wear confirms the change or cancellation.

13. Production Time

Our normal production target is approximately 6–10 business days.

Production timing generally begins after we have received everything necessary to produce the order, which may include payment, usable artwork, requested order information, and any required proof approval.

Large orders, complex embroidery, multiple designs, specialty garments, supplier availability, artwork revisions, personalization, or other unusual production requirements may require additional time.

If your order is needed for an event or firm deadline, contact us before ordering or submit a Request a Quote.

14. Shipping

Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Qualifying U.S. orders containing 24 or more total items currently receive free standard shipping.

Orders below the qualifying threshold are charged the applicable shipping amount displayed during checkout.

Carrier transit times are estimates. Weather, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, address problems, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

International shipping is handled by request rather than through our standard online checkout.

15. Delivery Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you identify an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be shipped again because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, refused delivery, or another delivery issue outside our control.

16. Returns, Production Errors and Shipping Damage

Custom-decorated products are generally final sale because they are produced specifically for the customer.

Production errors, defects, incorrect items, or similar issues attributable to Custom 2 Wear should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping damage should be reported within 3 days of delivery, and customers should retain the merchandise and original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Eligible blank, non-customized merchandise may be subject to different return conditions.

Do not return merchandise without contacting us for authorization first.

17. Sizing and Customer Selections

You are responsible for selecting the garment style, size, color, decoration options, quantities, artwork, and other options submitted with your order.

Garment sizing varies between manufacturers and styles. Custom-decorated products normally cannot be exchanged because a customer selected an incorrect size.

Please review available product and sizing information before ordering.

18. Normal Product and Decoration Variations

Minor variations inherent in garment manufacturing and custom decoration are not necessarily defects.

These may include reasonable differences in:

• Garment dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerances
• Dye lots or garment color
• Embroidery texture and thread appearance
• Printed color compared with screen display
• Exact placement caused by garment construction
• Physical appearance compared with an electronic mockup

19. Quote Requests

Submitting a Request a Quote form does not obligate you to purchase and does not obligate Custom 2 Wear to accept the project.

A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared and may be subject to garment availability, supplier pricing, artwork review, quantity, decoration requirements, shipping requirements, and other project-specific factors.

If project details materially change after a quote is issued, pricing or production timing may need to be revised.

20. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, layout, photographs owned by Custom 2 Wear, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Custom 2 Wear and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics services, product suppliers, and other service providers.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, and policies. Custom 2 Wear is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party websites or services except as required by applicable law.

22. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or error at all times. Maintenance, updates, service-provider outages, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect website availability.

23. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custom 2 Wear will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products, including lost profits or business interruption.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Custom 2 Wear LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from:

• Customer Artwork submitted without necessary ownership or permission
• Your unlawful use of the website
• Your material violation of these Terms

25. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute involving these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any jurisdictional requirements that cannot legally be waived.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, website, policies, legal requirements, or business practices.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the date posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.

28. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
