1. Ordering & Custom Design

You can order as few as one item. However, a $65 setup fee applies to orders of fewer than 12 items to cover the cost of preparing your design for embroidery or printing. This fee is waived when you order 12 or more pieces, making bulk orders more cost-effective.

Absolutely! We offer free basic design assistance to help you prepare your artwork for embroidery or printing. We can convert your design into embroidery-ready files or adjust it for print clarity and color accuracy.

We accept:

  • Vector: AI, EPS, SVG

  • Raster: PNG (transparent), PSD, JPEG (300 DPI or higher)

For embroidery, we can convert your design into a stitch-ready file (DST/EXP) if needed.

You may upload any design provided you have the legal rights to use it. Custom 2 Wear LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations. You are fully responsible for the content you submit.

Yes. Our embroidery machines support up to 14 thread colors per design, which is usually more than enough for logos and detailed artwork.

  • Simple color (spot color) uses individual colors and is best for logos, text, or designs with a limited palette.

  • Full color (CMYK or process printing) allows for photo-realistic designs using blended shades, ideal for complex images and artwork with gradients.

We offer multiple techniques depending on your item and artwork:

  • Embroidery (direct or patch-based)

  • Screen printing

  • Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing

  • Leather patch application

We’ll recommend the best option based on your garment type and design complexity.

We customize a wide range of apparel, including:

  • Hats and beanies

  • Polos and t-shirts

  • Hoodies and sweatshirts

  • Jackets and outerwear

We specialize in embroidered and leather patch hats. While printed hats are possible, they may not meet our quality standards. If you have a specific request, please reach out and we’ll evaluate your design.

2. Pricing & Payment

Yes! We offer quantity-based pricing, with discount break points listed on each product page. The more you order, the more you save — perfect for teams, businesses, and group events.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure payments through PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

The base price of each garment includes one decoration area in the default decoration method (such as embroidery, DTG, or screen printing — depending on the product).

  • Additional print areas (e.g., back, sleeve, second location) are just $2 extra per area.

  • If you change the decoration method (e.g., switch from DTG to embroidery or leather patch), any upcharge will be clearly displayed on the product page.

  • Bulk discounts apply automatically — the more you order, the lower your price per item, based on the decoration type and quantity breakpoints.

  • Pricing and decoration options may vary depending on the product category (e.g., hats vs. hoodies vs. polos).

You’ll see real-time pricing updates as you customize your product and select quantities — no hidden fees, just full transparency.

3. Production & Shipping

Most orders ship within 6–10 business days.
Turnaround time may vary depending on the order size, decoration method, and inventory availability. For large or time-sensitive orders, please contact us for a more accurate estimate.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. However, we’re actively exploring international shipping options. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to contact us — we may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of 24 items or more. No promo code is required — the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

4. Returns & Quality Issues

Since custom-decorated products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a production defect or shipping damage. Please double-check sizing and design details before placing your order.

If your order arrives with a production defect or damage, email us at support@custom2wear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item after review.

Yes. Unused, unwashed blank items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply. You are responsible for return shipping. Contact us for return authorization first.
