At Custom 2 Wear LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in producing high-quality, custom-decorated garments and stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, our return and refund policy includes specific guidelines outlined below.a sample page.
Custom Items – All Sales Are Final
Because custom-decorated items (embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalized) are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Custom designs with user-submitted artwork that are not up to user expectations
- Typos or design errors that were approved by the customer in a proof or order form
Please double-check sizing, spelling, and design placement before submitting your order.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Custom Items
If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear production error, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- You must provide clear photos of the defect, along with your order number
- Email us at support@custom2wear.com
Our team will evaluate the issue and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Non-Custom/Blank Items
We accept returns on non-customized, blank garments in new, unused, and unwashed condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Must include original tags and packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee may apply
To initiate a return, contact us at support@custom2wear.com for a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong product (e.g., incorrect style, color, or decoration not matching your approved design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the received item(s)
We will either issue a corrected replacement or provide a full refund, at our discretion.
Returns Without Authorization
Returns received without prior approval or after the stated return window will not be accepted and may be discarded or returned at your expense.
Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
