Returns Policy
At Custom 2 Wear, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service, and we’ll work to resolve any issues caused by errors on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or differs from your approved design, please contact us at gearup@custom2wear.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if production has not started. If blank items have been ordered but not decorated, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.
